LED lighting

By skillfully placing light sources in your home, you can create a good mood and influence the well-being of your residents. Cool light from a large, centrally placed chandelier will stimulate the stimulation, while dimmed light from sconces and small lamps will help to relax. In creating a cozy atmosphere in the apartment is perfect for the increasingly popular LED lighting type.

In order to create a unique atmosphere in your home, you should opt for several light sources. The most popular are three: the main one, the functional one and the decorative one. All at once occur mainly in such rooms as: living room, kitchen, dining room or study. The main lighting, i.e. the upper lighting, is intended to illuminate the entire room. Such light should have a colour temperature close to natural daylight.

Functional lighting is usually placed somewhere near a sofa or armchair and it gives us light for reading, i.e. it is light that performs a specific function. We also have decorative lighting, which is a lamp that stands, for example, somewhere on the buffet, but it is lighting that no longer has its purely technical function, but gives the whole room a mood.

Decorative lighting should have a temperature of less than 5000 K, creating a cosy, relaxing atmosphere in the room. Please note that in rooms intended for rest, such as living rooms and bedrooms, warm light should be used. In the office it is worth to use cold colored light, which will be conducive to stimulation and concentration. Warm light will also blend in perfectly with wooden furniture and classic interiors. Cold light will expose the interior in a modern style, such as lofts, in which glass and metal reign supreme.

This year we can also see a lot of changes in the direction of the light source itself. Much more often we use LED lighting, which is visible probably in every area of life. However, very often the same lamps that manufacturers used to offer with normal lighting are now offered with LED lighting and this is usually their second life.

LEDs are becoming more and more popular, especially as a decorative light source. It is especially popular in the bedroom, where it helps to create a romantic, cosy atmosphere. LEDs can illuminate bed frames, headrest, mirror at the toilet. This type of lighting also works well in the kitchen. Diode strips can be mounted under kitchen cabinets and over a dishwasher, so that even when you are turned away from the main light source, you can work efficiently. It is also a good idea to stick a tape with LEDs inside the drawer, so that without turning on the main light, we can take out the necessary thing.

Good lighting of the apartment is particularly important in the autumn and winter. Lack of natural sunlight has a negative impact on the human body, often leading to weakness, apathy and even temporary depression.
